Our Recreation Center
When the day is done and it's time to relax and socialize, we have you covered. Our recently constructed recreation center accommodates up to 60 people, perfect for activities. It boasts a kitchen, tables, chairs, and a cozy stone fireplace.
Our Outdoor Facilities
Whether it's a bright summer morning perfect for a walk and a coffee in our pavilion or a cool evening in October cozied up around the fire pit, our outdoor space welcomes you. Our pavilion includes outdoor grills and a children’s play area for residents to enjoy. Our pavilions are so popular, we are building a second one.

This neighborhood is full of residents who take pride in their homes and care greatly for the community. Whether you like to be involved or enjoy peace and quiet, you will enjoy this neighborhood. Bordering Beaver Creek State Park allows for fun afternoons of hiking, picnics, casual strolls and fishing.
